This medicine is an antibiotic used to treat acne.

Some medicines or medical conditions may interact with this medicine. INFORM YOUR DOCTOR
OR PHARMACIST of all prescription and over-the-counter medicine that you are taking. DO NOT USE THIS MEDICINE if you are also
taking astemizole or terfenadine. Inform your doctor of any other medical conditions or allergies. Contact your doctor or
pharmacist if you have any questions or concerns about using this medicine.
Directions
Follow the directions for using this medicine provided by your doctor. BEFORE USING THIS
MEDICINE, wash the affected area with warm water and soap, rinse, and pat dry. Cover the affected and surrounding area with
a thin film of medicine. Allow the medicine to dry. Wash your hands after you finish using this medicine. STORE THIS MEDICINE
at room temperature in a tightly-closed container, away from heat and light. IF YOU MISS A DOSE OF THIS MEDICINE, use it as
soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule.
Cautions
ONCE YOU BEGIN USING THIS MEDICINE, it may take 3 to 8 weeks before you begin to see
improvement. DO NOT GET THIS MEDICINE in your eyes or on the inside of your nose or mouth. If you get this medicine in your
eyes, immediately wash them out with cool tap water. DO NOT USE OTHER MEDICINES or cleansers on your skin unless directed
otherwise your doctor. FOR WOMEN: IF YOU PLAN ON BECOMING PREGNANT, discuss with your doctor the benefits and risks of using
this medicine during pregnancy. THIS MEDICINE IS EXCRETED IN BREAST MILK. IF YOU ARE OR WILL BE BREAST-FEEDING while you are
using this medicine, check with your doctor or pharmacist to discuss the risks to your baby.
Possible side effects
SIDE EFFECTS, that may go away during treatment, include dryness, peeling, mild stinging or burning
immediately after applying. If they continue or are bothersome, check with your doctor. CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR AS SOON AS
POSSIBLE if you experience itching, burning, tenderness, or redness of your skin or eye irritation. If you notice other effects
not listed above, contact your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist.
